Malayalam star actor Mohanlal’s Drishyam franchise will get its third and perhaps the final installment. As per the latest updates, Drishyam 3 is expected to go on floors in 2024. The film’s director Jeethu Joseph has already locked the basic plotline for this crazy film, and is currently busy working on the full-fledged script.

Interestingly, Drishyam 3’s Malayalam and Hindi versions will be going on floors at the same time. Apparently, the makers decided to shoot both the versions simultaneously to avoid spoilers since the Hindi version usually releases after the Malayalam and other South versions.

Jeethu Joseph himself will be directing the Hindi version featuring Ajay Devgan and Shriya. On the other hand, the Malayalam version features Meena opposite Mohanlal. However, there’s no clarity regarding Drishyam 3’s Telugu, Tamil and Kannada versions yet.

In a never before feat, Drishyam recently became the first Indian film to be ever remade in Korean. An official announcement in this regard was made during the Cannes Film Festival.
