Puri is known for sharing soft corner for this Leftist actor given his single-minded devotion for taking revolutionary films. So, Puri had reportedly designed a special role for Murthy opposite NTR in his film Temper. Although he was assured of a good remuneration, sources say that after saying yes, he took some time and then conveyed his polite refusal.
