Upcoming actor Sai Dharam Tej from the Mega family is still waiting for the release of his debut movie Rey. Apart from that, he is also working on his second film Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham. The second movie has Regina Cassandra on the female lead role and it is heard that Sai gets slapped by the heroine 14 times. Even in Rey, the actor gets slapped 11 times. Why is he being slapped so many times ? Well, the directors feel that Dharam Tej's reaction after the slap is amazing. That is the reason behind adapting this idea. But if this becomes a routine, Dharam Tej's cheeks are going to turn as red as a cherry !!!
