When did Raviteja has last scored a blockbuster hit? If we say his 2011 release Mirapakai as a genuine big hit, then it is followed by a horde of disasters like Dongala Muta, Veera, Nippu, Daruvu, Devudu Chesina Manushulu and Sarochharu. His next two films are Balupu and Power, which scored above average, while Kick 2 is another disaster. So, Raviteja needs a hit badly now.

Bengal Tiger is his today's release, directed by Sampath Nandi and produced by Radha Mohan. Unfortunately the film's promos are all sounding routine and boring as Ravi looked pale and weak though his costumes are shining and shining. Apart from Tamanna's glamour and Raashi Khanna's young charms, there is nothing much to boast about. Only if director Sampath makes this tiger roar with his storyline, then things might work out in the movie's favour, thereby saving distributors.
