Rakshitha, who acted in  Puri Jagannadh's films like Idiot, Andhrawala,  Nijam and moved to Bangalore after her marriage with a director there  is planning to contest in 2014 general elections for the  Lok Sabha polls in Karnataka. She plans to contest on H.D Deve Gowda's Janata Dal (Secular) ticket and is already lobbying to contest from Mandya Parliament constituency in Karnataka state. Let us see if the Party will consider her weighty candidature.
