Recent remarks by Kollywood’s young actress Priyanka Arul Mohan have gone viral, particularly her comments about the movie Kushi 2. During the event for her latest project Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Priyanka asked when SJ Suryah will step into director shoes again.

She also suggested that he were to make Kushi 2, he should only with Pawan Kalyan. This statement caused a sensation among Telugu audiences, but it didn’t sit well with Tamil viewers. Thalapathy Vijay fans, in particular, have been trolling Priyanka on social media.

They are also arguing that the Tamil version of Kushi is superior to the Telugu version. However, the irony is that SJ Suryah directed both versions, and it was Pawan Kalyan’s involvement that made the Telugu version a bigger hit compared to its Tamil counterpart.

SJ Suryah himself had previously noted that while the Tamil version of Kushi was successful, the Telugu version became a blockbuster due to some changes made by Pawan Kalyan. Given this context, the current uproar over Priyanka’s comments seems misplaced.
