Powerstar Pawan Kalyan seems to have postponed his back surgery once again. The actor was expected to undergo surgery in Australia this month for Gabbar Singh-2. The regular shooting of the film will commence from February 15th which is being produced by Pawan Kalyan's close friend Sharath Marrar under North Star Entertainments banner. This surgery was expected to solve a back problem, which he started facing right from the time of Kushi. Pawan Kalyan has been postponing this surgery from several years as it might put up him out of action at least for 6-8 months.
