After and during divorce, rumours about Samantha and Raj used to be prominent but she denied them. 

Now, after their marriage, those rumors have become true. Hence, Poonam Kaur seems to have reacted on behalf of Raj's ex-wife. Even personal make-up artist of Samantha, Sadhna Singh, unfollowed her and took similar kind of dig at her.
