Telugu film Yuva Samrat shared his views on his father King Akkineni Nagarjuna this Fathers Day. Naga Chaitanya said that Nagarjuna always insists him to first prove as an actor and then become a star. He even consults Nagarjuna before taking up any project. “My father always wants me to first show my mettle as an actor and then become a star. I even consult my dad before taking up any assignment”, says Naga Chaitanya.

But if you ask how Naga Chaitanya felt on interacting with Nagarjuna, not as a father but as a star, the budding actor says, “Even though my father is a superstar, he respects my views and hears me out patiently. Dad is very cool and we both interact like friends. Sometimes we critically evaluate each others works and respect our stance”.
