Manam starring King Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya Akkieni, Akkineni Nageswara Rao has the distinction of being last film of legend ANR and first film where three generations of an actor family have come together in Telugu Cinema. The movie became a cult classic in Telugu Cinema and after 12 years, it is releasing in Japan. 


The movie release in Japan has created huge sensation on social media. Many are unable to believe that such an old film is getting released in Japan, when re-release trend in Indian Cinema, has become the norm of the day. It is revealed that Nagarjuna has huge amount of fans in Japan and they call him, "Nag Sama", affectionately.


Hence, for those fans, the movie is getting released in theatres, after so long. Nagarjuna fans are thrilled back home with this news and are gearing up to celebrate this momentous occasion on 8th August. Currently, they are eagerly waiting him unleash his menacing presence against Rajinikanth in Coolie film, as an antagonist.
