Telugu movies Prince and superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming cinema Dookudu's Karnataka rights have been sold out for 2.15 crores. Dookudu's Karnataka price is expected set a new record in Karnataka and also in Mahesh Babu's career. The movie was sold for 2.15 crores to Naga Raju, who earlier distributed 'Namo Venkatesa' Telugu movie in Karnataka. Already Dookudu Business has opened with a bang as Ceded rights have been sold to Bellary Sai for 5.7 crores and Nellore was bagged by Sree Nikentan Films for 1.3Crores.

The makers are planning for Dookudu audio release 3-4 weeks prior to the movie release, which would be in the month of August tentatively. Sources say that Dookudu movie has typical Sreenu Vytla comedy flavor where dialogues would be uttered situationally rather. Dookudu shooting is currently progressing in Hyderabad and the unit is canning scenes on Mahesh Babu, Samantha, Prakash Raj, Brahmaji, Siva Reddy, Bharath (child artist), etc. Dookudu is produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara under 14 Reels Entertainment banner.
