Recently released Tamil political thriller Maamannan has received rave reviews from both critics and audiences. Celebrities such as Rajinikanth and Dhanush have also praised the film, which stars Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu in lead roles.

The latest news is that the movie is now set to release in Telugu as Nayakudu. Directed by Mari Selvaraj, the makers believed that the movie would also perform well in Telugu-speaking states and have decided to release the film on July 14, 2023. 

Asian Cinemas and Suresh Productions will be presenting the movie, and the trailer will be released very soon. The crazy news is that, Superstar Mahesh Babu will be releasing the trailer.

Fahadh Faasil and Keerthy Suresh also played significant roles in this movie. Red Giant Movies bankrolled the film, and A.R. Rahman composed the music.
