Actress Lavanya Tripathi is very excited about her debut movie 'Brahman' in Tamil. She initially stepped into Tollywood with the film 'Andala Rakshasi'. Although this film did not fare really well at the box office, Lavanya was recognized for her brilliant acting. In this new Tamil flick, Lavanya will be playing the female lead opposite Sasi Kumar. Sasi Kumar has gone for a make over in this film and does that have the raw and tough look he used to carry in his previous films. A couple of song shoots for the new movie took place abroad and Lavanya is pretty satisfied with the output. 'Brahman' also stars actor Naveen Chandra and Santhanam in k roles. The new movie is being directed by Socrates who was an associate of Kamal Hasan earlier. 'Brahman' is all set to hit the theaters on the 21st of February.
