Katrina Kaif has become one of the most popular actresses in Indian Cinema and rose up the ranks in Global celebrity status, too. Being a fashion icon, the actress has been sharing some great updates on her social media. Now, the actress has been appointed as Global Ambassador for Maldives. 


The Tourism department have come up with the tagline - "The Sunny Side of Life". Maldives plan to increase the number of tourists to their islands by huge percentage in the next 5 years. They have plans to launch huge number of campaigns with Katrina Kaif in coming days. 

 


Katrina Kaif talking about her new role, said, “The Maldives represents the pinnacle of luxury and natural beauty — a place where elegance  meets tranquillity. I’m honoured to be chosen as the face of the Sunny Side of Life. The actress has been taking time off from her acting career and concentrating on her family life. She got married to Vicky Kaushal and both of them are building their personal lives over the time.
