Kollywood is the next stop for Bengaluru-based Hombale Films after producing in Kannada and venturing into the Telugu film industry. The blockbuster production house has officially announced that they have teamed up with blockbuster filmmaker Sudha Kongara for their upcoming endeavour.

The film's story is based on true events. Sudha Kongara excels in bringing true-life stories to the big screen. More information about the project will be released soon. Suriya is expected to join up for the Pan India Project, according to sources. Suriya and Sudha Kongara, the versatile actor and talented filmmaker, last teamed up for the highly acclaimed movie Soorarai Pottru.

GV Prakash Kumar, the young musician is reportedly composing the music for the project, thus teaming up with Suriya and Sudha Kongara once again.

Sudha Kongara came to the limelight with Madhavan and Ritika Singh's Irudhi Suttru. Her previous film, Soorarai Pottru, starring Suriya, was released directly on Amazon Prime.
