This high-budget film, featuring the powerful combination of Ustaad Ram Pothineni and the dynamic director Puri Jagannadh, is generating significant buzz. The latest trailer promised Mental Mass Madness loading in theatres. The film recently completed the censor formalities and it received A certificate with 2 hours 42 minutes long runtime.

Censor officials are confused on the film. They are not sure about their verdict about film's success. Double Ismart is facing issues in Nizam and no distributor is willing to come forward to release it due to Liger related advance dues.
