The complete actor Mohanlal is known for giving many masterpiece performances in his career, is now prepping for his upcoming pan-India venture. As announced in 2022, the Mollywood legend is set to star in a multi-lingual film titled Vrushabha.

Now Bollywood big name Ekta Kapoor will be bankrolling the venture. Vrushabha, starring Mohanlal in the lead role, is expected to have a pan-Indian release. The Hindi release of the film will be under Ekta Kapoor’s production house. 

Vrushabha is produced by Balaji Telefilms in association with Connekkt Media and AVS Studios. Mohanlal and Ekta Kapoor have collaborated for the first time and that too for a pan-Indian film.

The film touted to be an epic action entertainer is directed by Nanda Kishore and this project will go on floors later this month. The film is expected to hit the theatres in 2024 in multiple languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.
