Coolie starring Superstar Rajinikanth, King Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, Satyaraj, Upendra and Aamir Khan has created a huge record for a Tamil film. The movie opened to a huge Rs.151 crores plus gross on the opening day. Now, in 4 days, it grossed huge Rs.404 crores plus gross worldwide. 


The movie became a huge sensation at the box office as it collected more than 400 crores in the first extended weekend. Producers Sun Pictures have officially announced the collections, today, and they have revealed it as huge ever record for Tamil Cinema. 


Officially, the team have announced it as the biggest record breaking collection for Tamil Cinema ever. The historical collections are being celebrated by the fans of Rajinikanth on a big way. Nagarjuna's Simon look and styling has struck a chord with Tamil audiences and the reels using his Ratchagan, Soniya song have been going viral.


Mainly, Nagarjuna's Simon stylish avatar has been praised highly by everyone. While director Lokesh Kanagaraj has been criticised for his screenplay but he is being praised for his flashback young portions of Rajinikanth. Well, Monday collections have been good but the drop is massive and we have to wait and see, how it holds up in next weekdays.
