Vijay Devarakonda's upcoming film Liger, opposite Ananya Panday, is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Produced by Karan Johar and directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film went on floors in 2019 and after facing several hurdles, Liger is now set to hit cinemas on August 25, 2022.

The makers kicked off the promotion strategy with a bang, releasing the first single teaser on the eve of Vijay Devarakonda's birthday. The first single was titled "Liger Hunt Theme." This tune is jam-packed with powerful lines. Vikram Montrose's effervescent music fueled the fire. This special theme depicts the character's aura as well as the man himself. The song was released in five languages.

Liger is jointly produced by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur and Karan Johar. In the film, Vijay Deverakonda will be playing the role of a boxer. He took rigorous training from experts to play the role with authenticity. Liger will release in five languages, namely, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
