Updated : Sep 19, 2015

It became a headache for Megastar Chiranjeevi to pick story for his landmark 150th movie. Many leading writers and directors failed to deliver a proper story for him. For that reason, Chiranjeevi is looking at stories from other tinsel towns too.

While his son Ram Charan is trying to star in the remake of latest tamil hit "Thani Oruvan", Chiranjeevi is also taking turns to star in one such film. We hear that Tamil hit "Kathi" that was directed by AR Murugadoss and featuring Vijay, Samantha and Neil Nitin Mukesh in the lead roles, has fascinated Megastar. It is a political thriller with plight of farmers highlighted amidst the atrocities being committed by Corporate companies towards them.

Producer Tagore Madhu, who made remake film "Tagore" (Ramana in Tamil) has come out with this film to Chiru after Pawan Kalyan and Jr NTR showed no interest it.
