Young hero Akhil Akkineni who made debacle debut with Akhil is pinning high hopes on his second project. Though Akhil was offered mass and action subjects, he preferred a romantic entertainer subject narrated by Vikram Kumar who is specialist in making love and family entertainers.

Latest we heard is Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios has registered a title ‘Rangularatnam’ for the film. However, an official confirmation is awaited on this. And another thing we need to have clarification on was whether the production house registered the title for Akhil’s film or for other project.

Earlier titles like “Hello Guru Prema Kosamera”, “Junnu”, “Majnu” etc were considered. The film is currently in the mid of production. Nagarjuna and the production team has plans to release the movie later this year.
