Acharya, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mega power star Ram Charan, is slated to release on April 29th. According to the most latest update, the makers of Acharya intend to release a trailer similar way to the RRR trailer.

Earlier today, the makers of Chiranjeevi's starrer revealed that the trailer for Acharya will be released first in theatres at 5:49 p.m., followed by a one-hour delay on YouTube at 7:02 p.m.

This strategy has a major effect on the RRR trailer. The film's massive trailer is set to break YouTube records, but the movie's team wanted to premiere it early in theatres to celebrate, but the trailer was leaked online before the official release.

The makers of Acharya are now utilizing the same strategy. We'll have to wait and see what records Acharya will rewrite with the trailer.

Touted as a social drama, Acharya has Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde as the female leads opposite Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan respectively. Also starring Sonu Sood in the antagonist role, Acharya is being bankrolled by Matinee Entertainments banner. Mani Sharma is the music composer for the movie.
