Updated : Jan 16, 2016

From last three days, it is being publicised that King Nagarjuna has sent a legal notice to "Express Raja" director for making the story supposed to be of Sushanth with Sharwanand.

Actually after the stupendous success of his debut flick "Venkatadri Express", Gandhi signed his next film with Annapurna Studios, to direct Sushant. It is heard that he's paid 25 lakhs advance for a total of 75 lakhs remuneration. However, Nag and co hasn't liked his story and asked him to rework on it. When Gandhi narrated the same story to Sharwanand, he liked the script immensely and took it to floors. Rumours are now suggesting that Nag is upset with this behaviour of Gandhi and has slapped him with a legal notice that demands 1 crore fine. And it is publicised that Sharwa actually paid it.

Insiders are however not buying these rumours because Nagarjuna will not do such things related to money. Though he expresses his anger for ditching his nephew's project, never he will send legal notices and try to extract money.
