Actor and producer Akkineni Nagarjuna is teaming up with Tamil actor Karthi for the first time for a yet to be titled Telugu film which would be directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Nagarjuna has revealed he was so bowled over by Vamsi's narration of script that he immediately agreed to work for it but as they had to wait for Karthi to join the crew, the formal start of the film is taking some time. The film, to be produced by PVP Cinemas, was launched officially on Wednesday while regular shooting would commence on March 16. The film also has Shruti Haasan and veteran heroine Jayasudha in key roles.
