What are the new issues for Akhanda 2 release?

Akhanda 2 starring God Of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna, Samyuktha, Aadi Pinisetty, Harshali Malhotra faced last minute hurdle and had to be postponed from the planned release date, 5th December. Now, the movie producers 14 Reels Plus are in a dire situation as the problems compounded massively with postponement.
Reports suggest that Overseas distributors, mainly, US distributors are asking for refunds as Avatar 3 release will definitely dampen chances of Akhanda 2 in upcoming weeks. Netflix, who bought the OTT rights have already asked for a clear picture ahead from producers and are already in re-consideration about deal.
Complicating matters further, the issue with EROS going to Court and then to a single judge bench for revision has gone to the notice of NBK and he is further upset on producers, as he did not know how deep the mess was. So, if the producers sort out issues, will Balayya come back to promote the film?
It is a million dollar question. Further reports state that even local distributors and exhibitors are not ready to pay total promised amounts due to the delay. Producers have been over confident and hid even other financial issues, say reports. The reality of the matter though, the makers need to sort out mess and fix a release date.
According to few sources, the release date has been to finalised before the next Thursday and many agreements for other movies have to be altered to give Akhanda 2 required space. Which seems to be even more difficult. Director Boyapati Srinu is completely upset with the situation and he is trying to understand what is in his hands, say sources.
Well, currently, no one is able to point at a perfect date or timeline when can everything come to a conclusion. Reports have been rampant about film release happening by next week or 25th December. But producers at this moment are buried in issues that only after sorting everything they can think about a date.
