Kayadu Lohar has been growing in prominence as one of the most sought after and popular actresses in South Indian Cinema. Pradeep Ranganathan's Dragon gave her the big break and she acted in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu films. She recently played a glamorous role in The Paradise. 

Now, the gossip circles from Tamil Industry state that the actress is cast in Ajith Kumar's Daredevil. Previously, Sreeleela has been cast in the role but as the movie took time to go on sets, she decided to quit and pursue her Hindi film commitments. So, Kayadu Lohar is playing her role. 

Will she play opposite Ajith or will the story go on a different path is yet to be known. Adhik Ravichandran has completed the script and Ajith liked the entire screenplay. He recently took time to add his inputs at several places as he finished his racing commitments and will finish this film before next season begins. 

Shalini Ajith is producing the film and first schedule is slated to begin in Ramoji Film City from 2nd November. As Ajith wants to join next race season, he will continuously shoot for the film at a stretch with small gaps and shooting schedules have been planned to complete within that time frame. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for the film and more details to be revealed soon.
