Sivakarthikeyan has initially agreed to work with director Venkat Prabhu and after Thalapathy Vijay's GOAT, their movie had to go on floors. Siva completed Madharaasi and Parasakthi, but this project did not go on floors. He recently announced his next film, Seyon, in Kamal Haasan Production. 

The actor produced director Pradeep Rajasekhar's debut Thaikelavi, starring Radhika and it has earned critical appreciation. Sivakarthikeyan has generated huge belief in him and he announced that post Seyon, he would work with him again. But he did not announce or confirm that he is going to act in Venkat Prabhu film. 

Crazy director has seen huge blockbusters with Mankatha, Maanaadu, while GOAT collected huge in Tamil Nadu getting panned everywhere else. The director even included Vijay giving Gun to Siva, as if passing on the baton, with Vijay retiring. Even after all this, Sivakarthikeyan seems to be not convinced to go ahead. 

While VP confirmed that he is working on a sci-fi, he is unable to convince Siva with his script. The reports suggest that the movie could have been dropped as both have not come to agree on a story and script to go ahead. Seems like Venkat Prabhu is struggling to get go ahead from his actor and his wait continues.
