Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, has reportedly sealed a massive theatrical deal worth around ₹300 crore. According to industry chatter, Pen Marudhar has acquired the film’s global theatrical rights after competing with several major names in the distribution business. 

The reported deal is notable given that the film is still months away from its scheduled release. The ₹300 crore figure is said to cover the film’s global theatrical business, making the acquisition a significant one for the Hindi film trade. 

The scale of the deal also puts considerable commercial value on Bhansali’s next, which brings together Ranbir and Alia once again, this time with Vicky Kaushal joining the cast. Love & War is scheduled to release on January 21, 2027. The film is currently in production, with its promotional campaign expected to begin closer to the release.
