Sankrantiki Vasthunnam starring Victory Venkatesh, Aishwarya, Rajesh, and Meenakshi Chaudhary is continuing to mint huge moolah at the box office. The Sankranti festival film is taking full advantage of the festive box office with family audiences rushing to the theatres. 

The movie has crossed 100 crores gross mark worldwide in just 3 Days and collected Rs.106 cr till date. At North American Box Office the movie breached US$ 1 Million at the same speed. Interestingly, the movie is the fastest 100 crores and 1 Million USD grosser in Venkatesh's career. 

Surprisingly, for 2024 Sankranti, Venkatesh came with an action entertainer like Saindhav but it did not have any takers. The movie failed to even get a decent opening and ended up with losses while Guntur Kaaram survived to an extent. Nagarjuna's Naa Saami Ranga also could collect better. 

 

Now, the tide has changed big time for Venkatesh in just one year. Anil Ravipudi channelising F2 style narrative and with chartbusters could let Venky dominate the box office even with Ram Charan and NBK in competition. Family audiences have been embracing the movie big time over other two and hence, these collections. 

Trade experts are shocked looking at the houseful response the movie is garnering all over. Theatres have been increased looking at the demand in Andhra Pradesh and even several locations have been increased in the US, as this Tuesday release is entering into the weekend. 

 

On top of that, the movie has achieved breakeven status in almost all areas within just 3 Days of theatrical release. Looks like Venkatesh is able to completely forget the nightmarish days as this is his only solo starrer to achieve such a feat in two decades.
