Pan-India films like Baahubali 1 and 2, Pushpa, RRR, and KGF Chapter 1 and 2 have performed well in theatres, but also on OTT platforms, where they are eagerly anticipated by both those who have seen them in theatres and those who haven't.

 

RRR is set to begin streaming on Zee5 on June 3rd, and while there has been no official confirmation of KGF Chapter 2, a major OTT platform is planning to begin streaming at the end of May. Both films fetched enormous sums of money.

 

Prior to the film's premiere on the OTT streaming platform, HD versions of both films were leaked on torrent sites. It seriously endangers the OTT's funding for these mammoths.

 

It is considered a major setback as the film has been leaked and made available online before the release in OTT platform. While stars and filmmakers put their heart and soul into making a film, such setbacks do hamper the enthusiasm of all. KGF and RRR fans too are disappointed with the same.
