Radhe Shyam Hindi Collections are Disappointing
Updated : Mar 12, 2022
Prabhas became a household name following the massive success of Bahubali. His previous film, Saaho, did well in the Hindi market as well.
But, his recent major release Radhe Shyam flopped at box office. Radhe Shyam bombed on day one, and this despite the fact that there was no competition at the box office. T Series actively advertised the film, but it found no takers.
'Radhe Shyam,' starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, is off to a slow start in the Hindi circuits. The Tamil version of the film was well appreciated by audiences, while the Hindi collection of 'Radhe Shyam' was disappointing.
Outside of the Southern markets, the Prabhas and Pooja Hegde-first-day starrer's box office performance has been considered 'disappointing.' It only made Rs 4.50 crore in Hindi, which is so pathetic that it may struggle to cover p&a costs. It is looking at a lifetime business of no more than 20-24 cr nett. These results are quite low when you consider the scope of Radhe Shyam and how it was marketed as a pan-India film before to its premiere.
When compared to Prabhas' previous release Saaho in Hindi, which earned around Rs 25 crore on day one, Radhe Shyam's revenues are pathetic. Radhe Shyam's chances of earning well outside of its own territory are slim.
Radhe Shyam's Hindi collections may turn out to be 'disappointing,' and a big spike on Saturday is unlikely.
