KS Ravikumar revealed Reasons for Lingaa Flop
Updated : Jul 22, 2022
A festive mood is created by the release of Rajinikanth's film, which impacts other states in addition to Tamil Nadu. It goes without saying what kind of fan base Rajini's movies have, particularly in Telugu states. With a director who has produced two of his biggest box office hits, Rajini is working on his third straight hit movie. A similar scene was shown in the KS Ravikumar-directed film "Lingaa."
Everyone was eagerly awaiting the release of Lingaa to see if the director, who previously collaborated with Rajinikanth on the blockbuster movies Muthu and Narasimha, would break any box office records. However, the scene has changed since the film's release. The worst disaster film in Rajinikanth's career was this one. But the most recent topic of discussion is why this film ended up being a flop. In a recent interview, the movie's director, KS Ravikumar, discussed the reasons why this movie failed.
He even claimed that the script he had originally imagined was different. The script, however, was different when the Linga movie was released. According to KS Ravikumar, Rajinikanth didn't meddle with the movie's plot. However, some changes were hastily made because there weren't many suggestions for changes in the script. Additionally, they had not anticipated the balloon fight that occurred in the movie's climax.
He claimed that the output was poor because the movie was completed and released in a rush to give Rajinikanth a birthday present. It has become a hot topic in Kollywood as to why the director has just now disclosed some of the causes of the Lingaa flop.
