The Bollywood film "Kill" has caused a stir by becoming a surprise sensation and is on track to becoming a blockbuster despite facing competition from other releases. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the action thriller features an ensemble cast including Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, Tanya Maniktala, and Abhishek Chauhan.
The film is jointly produced by Karan Johar, Guneet Monga, Apoorva Mehta, and Achin Jain. Due to its success, Karan Johar has been inundated with offers to remake "Kill" in South Indian languages. Rather than selling the remake rights to Tollywood actors, Johar is inclined to produce the remakes himself in collaboration with a prominent production house.
He is particularly interested in securing a star actor from the South to lead the Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions of the film. The actor should have great reception in southern languages. Karan Johar is considering many names from South. To name a few, Dhanush, Akhil, Adivi Sesh and few other young heroes.
In a surprising turn of events, renowned Hollywood director Chad Stahelski, known for the "John Wick" series, has signed on to remake "Kill" for the Hollywood audience. The deal between Stahelski and Karan Johar was finalized even before the theatrical release of "Kill", indicating the global appeal and potential of the film's storyline and action-packed narrative.
