That star is none other than Suriya. According to India Today, Surya has confirmed his participation in Vikram's film.

 

His episodes shooting has been completed in Chennai. According to reports, the star will appear near the climax. A video has been released to validate this rumour. In the video, Surya and Kamal Haasan can be seen hugging, which appears to be from the location.

 

Surya is expected to attend the 'Vikram' audio launch in Chennai on the 15th of this month. Other notable actors in Vikram include Vijay Sethupathi, Fahad Fassil, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, and Chemban Vinod Jose.
