Akhil Akkineni's highly anticipated AGENT will hit the big screens on 28th April. The movie, directed by Surender Reddy, has Sakshi Vaidya as the female lead. Mammootty played an important character. Yesterday in Warangal, the film’s pre-release event was held. King Nagarjuna graced the function.

 

At the event, Sakshi Vaidya said "Nagarjuna garu you're truly a king. This is my first film ever and I wish that you'll love me. Thanks Surrender Reddy garu for being my mentor. Thank you Akhil for being such a wonderful co-star. I've seen your growth and will be taking tips from you.

 

Director Surrender Reddy said "I've made this film for you Akhil. I gave a promise to you and I think I've fulfilled that. The passion, dedication and Efforts Akhil put for this Agent inspired everyone in the team. "

 

Wild Agent Akhil said, "Everyone praising my efforts for the beast transformation but Agent journey is something special than that. It gave me confidence, patience and lot more things. We've tried something wild and I wish it translates in theatres on April 28th."

 

The chief guest King Akkineni Nagarjuna said, "Telugu audiences are amazing because they support films in new genres and make them become blockbusters. Now that Surrender Reddy & Akhil have tried this new spy genre with all the thrilling elements, I believe it will be a blockbuster."

 

Nagarjuna said that Akhil used to be very energetic right from his childhood. The star hero further said Surender Reddy extracted the best out of Akhil. Nagarjuna said that he saw the hard work of Akhil for Agent. We are forever grateful for our fans’ love, said Nagarjuna. Bollywood actor Dino Morea played a key role, and Hip Hop Tamziha rendered the tunes.
