There were rumours coming in from Chennai that the beautiful Nayanathara rejected the love proposal of her Nanbenda co-star Udhayanidhi Stalin in Tamil and he had a failed suicide attempt.
Clarifying this, the hero reportedly said that in a scene involving Nayan where she had to slap the villain in the film, she accidentally slapped him and her finger nails scratched his eye lids for which he was rushed to hospital and not for any love failure!
