Godfather, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, is a remake of the hugely successful Lucifer in Malayalam. The film's director is Mohan Raja, who has worked on Telugu movies like Hanuman Junction. Telugu dubbing was also done for the original film. Because of this, it is obvious that the story has undergone numerous changes. Salman Khan and Nayanathara, two well-known actors, are reportedly acting in this film. Satyadev is rumoured to be portrayed as Nayanathara's husband.
