Icon Star Allu Arjun has come to the aid of a Kerala girl who was unable to find a way to continue her nursing studies by promising to fund her four-year course.

 

The 'Pushpa' actor has offered to cover all costs. V R Krishna Teja, the Collector of Alappuzha District, posted on the actor's gesture on his Facebook page.

 

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Collector Krishna Teja described how the student approached him seeking assistance to continue her studies. According to reports, a girl who scored 92% in her Plus Two exams visited the Alappuzha collectorate and shared her difficulties in pursuing higher education. Due to Covid-19, she lost her father in 2021.

 

The collector promised the girl educational support through the "We For Alleppey" project. Telugu IAS Krishna Teja reached out to Icon star Allu Arjun and he generously responded to the request, agreed to cover the entire 4-year educational cost as well as the hostel fees.

 

The news was kept under wraps until the District Collector posted it on his Facebook page. Now there are few others he did without any publicity.

 

Allu Arjun has given his personal driver Mahipal a gift of 15 lakh rupees to help him build a house in Borabanda. Mahipal from Warangal has been Arjun's personal driver for the past ten years.
