Yesterday, Vijay Kiragandur, Producer of KGF Chapter 2, confirmed that KGF Chapter 3 will take place after the shooting of Salaar, and that Hombale Films will develop the KGF franchise similarly to the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise. He also revealed that KGF 3 will be released in grand style in 2024.

Within a few hours of the news going viral, KGF Chapter 2 executive producer Karthik Gowda took to Twitter to announce that KGF 3 will not be happening anytime soon. After Salaar Prasanth Neel, work on NTR 31 and KGF 3 will undoubtedly begin after sometime.
