Deepika Padukone gives special tribute to her father

Deepika Padukone, the Indian star actress, is the daughter of Indian Badminton legend, Prakash Padukone. She tried her hand to become a National and International player like him but her career took a different turn and became a popular actress. Now, she announced a special tribute to her father on his 70th birthday.
She took to social media, to announced that she is going to expand Padukone School of Badminton (PSB) to 75 centres across India in one year and 250 centres by 2027. She stated that she and the entire team is committed to take his passion and vision for the sport forward.
In a touching note, she wrote, "As someone who grew up playing badminton, I’ve experienced firsthand how much this sport can shape one’s life – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through Padukone School of Badminton(PSB), we hope to bring the joy and discipline of Badminton to people from all walks of life, and build a generation that is healthier, more focused, and inspired by sport.
Pappa, those who know you well, know your passion for this sport. That even at 70, all you do is eat, sleep and breathe Badminton. And we are committed to making your passion a reality: Badminton for All! Happy 70th Birthday Pappa!"
Deepika Padukone has been in news about her fallout with Sandeep Reddy Vanga and then, her addition to the cast of AA22 x A6, film directed by Atlee with Allu Arjun in the leading role. The movie is going to be one of the biggest ever productions from Indian Cinema.
