Actress Bindu Madhavi, who is currently acting in the bi-lingual Sega, is doing the role of a sex worker in the film.  Directed by Anjana, a disciple of Gautham Menon, the film is said to be a realistic portrayal of the lives of slum dwellers, prostitutes and the underdog.  Bindu, who has had no big hit in her repertoire so far, is banking on her dusky and voluptuous look, as well as her acting prowess, to shine in the role.

 

 

Being someone who is very much at ease with Tamil and Telugu, Bindu is in a position of advantage.  She is giving in her all for the film especially because it means a lot to her at this stage of her career.  She hopes to see a rise in her standing after this film.  Given that it is produced by a director of good taste like Menon, one can safely expect the actress to finally hit gold with Sega.
