Karthik (Krishnudu) is a teacher by profession and falls in love with a medico Kavya (Sharanya Mohan). They decide to enter the wedlock. Kavya's father Colonel Lakshmipati leads retired life at a farmhouse in a village with his brothers and all. When she musters courage to tell her father about her love, Karthik comes to her home all of a sudden.Lakshmipathi comes to know that his daughter is in love with Karthik. However, he doesn't like this stout one to become his son-in-law. Lakshmipati's friend Bhaskaram (Yandamuri) further complicates Krishnudu's prospects with some silly ideas to create rift between the two lovers. Rest of the drama is how Krishnudu wins the heart of Lakshmipati to win his lady love in marriage.

Analysis :

Village Lo Vinayakudu is sequel to the hit flick, Vinayakudu. But this sequel has no continuity to the original movie; it is a different storyline . Director Sai Kumar Adivi succeeded in filming the storyline well in the backdrop of Godavari region. Though the film has comedy aplenty in the first half, he fails to carry the audience's interest to the second half. He should have taken much care in making the screen-play crisp. You must have known many recipes of chicken - like chicken curry, chicken fry, chicken 65 etc. But this film introduces one to a new reciep of chicken... "Bongulo Chicken"... that remains in your memory even after coming out of the theatre.

TeluguOne Perspective :

Action-: Title role performer Krishnudu acted well with apt body language and dialogue diction. The innocent look on his face, and his expressive face made him the most suitable one for the character. Even the leading lady Sharanya Mohan performed well. As described by a character in the film... they looked like a pair of an elephant and a mouse. In fact, that's what really needed to suit the script. It has some really funny moments especially between Rao Ramesh and Krishnudu, some nice songs and good visuals. Yandamuri Veerendranath impresses as Puzzle Bhaskaram. Other artistes too performed well.Cinematography-: The film looks visually stunning as Rams camera captures Konaseema locales beautifully. This film gives fresh look and very impressive in songs.Showing Krishnudu as the animated spiderman and bike rider attracts kids very much.Dialogues-: Mahi and Sai Kumar penned good dialogues.Editing-: Well done. Every scene is well edited.Lyrics-: All songs are well written.Music-: Okay.All said and written, udoubtedly, you can enjoy this flick with your family members...
