This film is the clash between the CM and the farmers. CM of the state is shown as a person who exploits the farmers. Ramudu(R Narayana Murthy) is a farmer who has given away all his money to his siblings. Ramudu married a girl whose father suicides after drinking poison.Sivaji is a relative of Ramudu who is a government employee who father was murdered in a feud. Sivaji and Ramudu unites to teach lesson to the CM. They start a party called 'Raithu Rajyam'. 'Raithu Rajyam' wins with a marginal majority. Sivaji wants to become the CM. But he cannot become CM unless he gets support from the ex-CM. And Sivaji manages to get it.Ramudu desserts Sivaji joins the Naxalites movement. Meantime Sivaji resigns to his post and fresh elections are announced. During elections Sivaji gets murdered by the people of ex-CM. Ramudu fights for election free society.This films end with ramudu taking revenge on all evil forces.
