Analysis :
Good comedy entertainers are always encouranged. Already it is a good trend continuing on the good comedy films and anything that came out good would have a good run. Coming with noted comedian name in the film title itself, Brahmanandam Drama Company, based on Hindi film Bhagam Bhag, disappoints. One expects good comedy and that is the one that is missing. Even though it is a drama company, some how the team is always doing dances. That is the least thing to bother about. Even though the film assures to be a entertaining film, there is no entertainment. All the characters seemed artificial. Ravi Krishna fails to impress. Even though Sivaji stuck to his boundary, at times it went overboard. Kamalini Mukharjee is okay in the film. (Her name in the film is confusing. She is referred to as Ankita in the first half and Arpita in the second half). Even though the film has plenty of comedy artists, none of them could do anything. Ravi Babu and Ramjagan are the only two who give a bit of relief with comedy.
TeluguOne Perspective :
As for songs, Endhuko ee vela song is decent. Rest are so so. Camera work is average. It is irritating with the camera movements and angels in the remix songs. (This weird movement seems to have been done to cover the dance movements in the remix songs). Overall, Drama Company does not good other than giving an impression that Drama Company is all about dances and nothing to do with performances. I.Srikanth, who earlier delivered Sri Ramachandrulu, fails this time and that too with the remake of a Bollywood film.
