Chocolate Dessert with Prunes inside
Ingredients
* 4 oz semisweet chocolate
* broken into pieces
* plus extra shavings to decorate
* 2 cups canned prunes ( dried plum) drained in apple juice
* 1 and 1/4 cups Greek Yogurt
* Raspberries,to decorate.
Steps to Prepare
Place the chocolate in small microwave on medium for 1 minute.
Stir and return to the microwave, Checking every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
Remove the pits from the prunes and process the flesh in a food Processor or with a handheld blender until smooth.
Stir together the Prune Puree,Yogurt,and chocolate until evenly mixed.
Spoon into cups or glasses and decorate with chocolate shavings and some raspberries.
