Seemandhra Bandh - United AP 'Jai Ho'

In order to protest against the T Bill being tabled at the parliament today, Seemandhra region went on a shut down today. This was in response to the bandh call given by Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers (APNGOs) Association. All 13 districts of Seemandhra region are protesting for the cause of having a United Andhra Pradesh today. APSRTC buses weren't running and this created a great impact on public and affected their daily routine. Shops, malls, colleges, schools, petrol bunks and so on were shut down in order to show strong opposition. Road blockades were seen on the state and national highway. Protesters were seen raising slogans against bifurcation of the state. There was a major hindrance in vehicular movement because of the protesters.
