Hyderabad: A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by the governments of Telangana and Illinois in the United States so as to interact and collaborate in different fields with the help of expertise sharing. The agreement has been signed in Chicago by Mr Hardik Bhatt, the State chief information officer and secretary of Illinois Innovation and Technology, and Mr Arvind Kumar, the principal secretary of Industries and Commerce, at an event, which was attended by the consul-general of India, Dr Ausaf Sayeed and K T Rama Rao, the IT minster of Telangana.
