Ram Jethmalani Meets Jagan in Jail

Famous lawyer Ram Jethmalani on Thursday morning met his client Kadapa MP and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Chanchalguda jail. Jagan's close aide, auditor Vijay Sai Reddy also accompanied Ram Jethmalani.

After the meeting, Jethmalani told the media that he met Jagan as his counsel and discussed about the case. He said "Even convicted prisoners too will have certain fundamental rights under the constitution. The government has deprived Jagan of his constitutional rights, who is only under remand. They didn't allow him to campaign in the elections. Everyone, including media and the government should make a note of it." It is already known that the arguements pertaining to Jagan's bail petition in the High Court are to continue today also, as they were not concluded yesterday.
