Gali Bail Case In Nampally Court Today

The Central Bureau of Investigation​ Special Court in Nampally will hear the mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy and his brother-in-law BV Srinivas Reddy's bail petitions today, the 29 September 2011. Gali Janardhan Reddy and Srinivas Reddy were arrested by CBI in connection with illegal mining case registered against the Obulalpuram Mining Corporation.

The special court on Thursday last had adjourned the same case to today because of the strike by the Telangana lawyers in support of ongoing sakala janula samme. The court is also scheduled to hear CBI's plea for 9 days further custody of the Reddys. The Telangana advocates are still continuing their strike and it is to be seen whether the court will be able to go on with the proceedings or will adjourn the case further.
