The makers of the film have sorted out all the issues and are planning to release Adhinayakudu in a grand scale on May 31. The movie has completed censor formalities long ago and obtained A certificate. Adhinayakudu has Balakrishna playing three roles for the first time in his career. Lakshmi Rai, Saloni and Jayasudha  essays pivotal roles in this action entertainer. Paruchuri Murali has directed the film, while ML Kumar Chowdary has produced it. Music is by Kalyani Malik.
